What is LWT strata?

Our research and conversations with strata and body corporate teams across NSW and QLD was telling us the same thing; the time and effort required to create, edit and distribute meeting minutes on time was burning their managers out.

We built LWT to solve exactly that.

    All accepted actions can be displayed for any date range on your personal Homepage. Here you can instantly check all the actions that are assigned to you and all the actions assigned to people in meetings you were the Owner of.

    STRATA FORMATTED MINUTES

    Within 15 minutes of you ending your recording LWT produces the minutes of your meeting. Subtopics and summaries appear for each of your agenda items with motions carried and votes automatically and accurately recorded.

    AUTOMATIC ACTION CAPTURE

    Within 15 minutes of the end of your meeting receive every action agreed to listed with what was agreed, who agreed to it and the deadline. Then click “accept” and you can track the status of the action from incomplete to complete or redflagged as overdue.

    Strata meeting minutes created with LWT can be exported as a PDF and shared with attendees, tenants and owners. Minutes can also be exported as an editable word doc so you can add your own headers, design elements, charts and spreadsheets.
